Radionica za doktorande – TRUTH IN SCIENCE

Sveučilište u Gdansku organizira online radionicu naziva TRUTH IN SCIENCE, prvenstveno namijenjenu doktorandima, koja će se održati online, 04. svibnja 2022. godine u 17:00 sati.

Trosatnu online radionicu će održati Dr. Artur Szutta (Institute of Philosophy, University of Gdansk). Prijavu je potrebno napraviti na email adresu profesora: artur.szutta@ug.edu.pl.

Dr Artur Szutta (Institute of Philosophy, University of Gdansk) invites PhD

students to his class on the question of truth in science, including the

discussion between realist and instrumentalist approaches. This is a

one-day online event (3 hours) that will take place on Thursday, May 4th at

17.00 (CET / Warsaw summer time). Participation is free for SEA-EU PhD

students. The class will be held in English. Students interested in

participation should contact Dr Szutta via email (artur.szutta@ug.edu.pl).

No prior reading is required, although getting acquinted with one of the

following works will be helpful:
